    RULES AND REMINDERS

1. Check-out time - 10:30 a.m.  (Normally Sunday)
2. Check-in time -  2:00 p.m. (Normally Sunday)
3. Limits: 1 BR - 4 people, 2 BR - 6 people, 3 BR - 8 people, 4BR - 10 people
4. Cottages furnished with blankets, pillows, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, TV’s, microwaves.
5. Please bring your own sheets (standard double), pillow cases, and towels (can be furnished if necessary). 4 BR cottage has 2 queen beds.
6. Use of boat ramp and boat dock free with cottage rental.
7. Swimming area:
      -  Must sign swim log & receive written rules.
      -  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in swim area. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
      -  Swim at your own risk.
8. Fish cleaning station provided - please clean fish only at that location.

*   8% State of NY sales tax on rentals of  less than 1 week. 
$15.00 / person additional over 3,4,5,7 people in the 1,2,3,4 BR respectively for daily rentals. 5% BED TAX, all rentals.
